Mixx and Chill ATL, LLC Policy

Services: Professional mobile bartending for private parties, weddings, and corporate events. Packages and add-ons available.

Alcohol: Host provides all alcoholic beverages. Mixx and Chill does not sell or purchase alcohol.

Payment: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due before the event. Payments accepted via Cash, Zelle, or Cash App.

Liability: We serve responsibly and may refuse service to intoxicated or underage guests. The host is responsible for guest behavior, legal compliance, and any incidents related to alcohol.

Insurance: General liability insurance is maintained; hosts are encouraged to obtain additional event/venue coverage.

Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 2 days of the event require full payment of the balance. Cancellations within 3 days of even result in forfeiture of deposit.

Must be 21 year or older of age to book and confirm. Photo ID is required.
